- Sophie's latest and greatest nicknames (some from me, but most from Lucas)... Soph, Sophers, Sophinator, Sopha-loaf, and Soph-kins to name a few.
- Her favorite thing to say lately is, "Dat?" while pointing to something. It can be deciphered to mean, "Hey, what's that?" She listens intently as we answer her inquiry.
- Her other favorite thing to say lately is, "Dat." This can mean any number of things depending on the situation. Once this week it meant, "Hey! Maddox isn't wearing a coat...why do I have to? What's DAT all about?" It also can mean, "That's what I want!"
- Sophie likes to pinch. Watch out!
- She's great at routines. As soon as baths are done she makes her rounds and hugs and kisses everyone saying, "Night Night!"
- Her favorite bedtime books are Noisy Kisses, Maizy's Bedtime, Sophie (a book Mom made), and How Big is Elmo. Also, just like Lucas, she loves lift-a-flap books (Karen Katz books)
- Her favorite food right now is cottage cheese.
- She doesn't like to keep her clothes on.... so she's been spending a lot of time with onesies on under her outfits.
- She's NOT afraid of mud or getting dirty.
- Sophie insists on wearing her black boots whenever possible (which are too small for her and are crazy hot in this weather!)
