Biter biscuits and baths...

Lucas has definitely graduated from liquidy baby food to more table food since his 6 chompers have come in...so I decided to try out those biter buscuits I've seen in the baby food aisle. Here's what happened...

I'm still finding biscuit goo under his fingernails, in the high chair, behind his ears, etc. Needless to say, he took a nice warm bath afterwards. I know, I know... just wait until he starts playing outside more...in the MUD!!!!! :)

And just for fun, here are just a few more pictures I've taken lately...capturing the charm of our sweet baby Lucas. Enjoy!!!

PS... Lucas wanted to give a shout out to his new buddy, Corbin Brodbeck. They met for the first time last night and I think they're bound to be friends for life. And for the record, Corbin...Lucas' daddy could beat your daddy at anything...except maybe golf. :)

Lucas is 3/4 of a year old today!!!!

So it seems our sweet baby is now 9 months old! Woah nellie! Here's a few things he's been doing lately...

Visiting the animals at Sauder's Museum... (While most of the animals were real, Lucas seemed more intrigued by the plastic coated ones)

Chillin' out in the pool (it's been crazy hot here for days and days!)

Shooting hoops and playing baseball... (Thanks for the new toys Uncle Greg!)

Picking veggies from the garden...

Playing in the tub...without water...

And helping Mommy clean out the cupboards!

Now, for real...have you ever seen a cuter 9-month old????

Montana Pictures Part II

Here are some more pictures from our time out in Montana.

On one of our first days there we took a hike to Glacier Lake (without the kids). It was a lot of fun...and the most memorable part-- when we got to the lake we got pelted with snow for about 10-15 minutes! It was freezing!!!! But it didn't keep Eric and Zach from fishing for a bit!

Our next hike was my favorite, Holland Lake Falls. It was Lucas' first experience hiking and he did great! He loved the view from atop daddy's shoulders!

Some pictures to catch some of the great memories...

And a glimpse of Mom and Dad's little piece of heaven in MT. This pix was taken on their property. The mountains don't show up really well in the background but they're absolutely beautiful...on all sides.

Rocky Mountain High

Our time in Montana with our family was just amazing! We had a great time...of course, being in Montana it's hard not to have fun. Our first week we were up in Seeley Lake with my family where we hiked, Eric and Zach fished, did some sight-seeing, and of course, were entertained by Zara and Lucas through it all. More pics to come...these will do for now.

PS-- Lucas has FIVE teeth now!!!!
