Our favorite tradition for Valentine's Day is for Eric to grill some yummy steaks for the whole fam (despite the freezing cold temps) and fixing some delicious sides (baked potatoes, steamed green beans, grilled asparagus, salad) and chocolate-dipped strawberries for dessert.  What a feast!! 

A good laugh...

If you're looking for a good laugh.... just hang out with Miss Soph for awhile.

At the dentist office last week, Sophie comes running in to where I'm getting my teeth cleaned and yells out, "Is the baby done yet?"

Hmm... not sure what she think goes on at the dentist.  I think she's a bit confused.  : )



This morning, I walked into Sophie's room and she's on the floor bending way over licking the back of her knee.

Me:  Sophie!  What are you doing?!
Sophie:  I'm licking my knee arm-pit!

So ladylike.
