Last weekend we took the short trek to Ohio and spent some time with Grandma and Grandpa. Our highlight: spending Saturday evening at the South Farm.
Leaves aren't quite changing yet... but still so beautiful. Not to mention peaceful.

Lucas had a blast "chopping down" trees... he took frequent Gatorade breaks. :) Sophie was his shadow.

Fire coffee... according to Dad, is the best. Me, I went with the hot chocolate... also delicious.
We sure enjoyed our time. Hope to make it back again before winter. Love to see those trees with the bright orange, yellow, and red leaves.
